Award Criteria:1. The nominee has a remarkable and consistent record of achievement in making a positive difference for children in Fairbanks.2. The nominee leads by example, inspiring others to make children a priority and promote their literacy and wellbeing.3. The nominee has demonstrated a long-term commitment to improving our community.
To nominate someone, use our online Nomination Form. Or print a form and mail or fax it inAnswer the three questions as completely as possible. Feel free to give additional information to illustrate why you believe the candidate deserves to be honored. Click HERE to view a list of previous winners.

Be as detailed and specific as possible, giving examples, where appropriate, to illustrate the nominee’s commitment and service to children. Comments or quotes from additional people may be included in the nomination, giving other perspectives about the candidate’s accomplishments and showing broad support for the nomination.

Please consider re-submitting a nomination in sebsequent years if the candidate is not selected when first nominated. Having been nominated previously will not be a disadvantage to the candidate.
